Brace yourself as the wild ride of 2012 continues with
another installment of the Uranus/Pluto square’s gritty torque. Luckily, we have a new moon to recharge
our batteries with before the chaos of the coming weeks ensues.
A Virgo new moon is a great opportunity to take some time
out for yourself. Do something
rejuvenating & healthful for your body - take a bath, get a massage or some
acupuncture, etc. Schedule that
time for yourself now because this new moon has an edge that pushes us outwards
right when we most need to go inwards.
This is not something to fight - manage both your inner
needs & your relationships during this new moon, which occurs at the
junction of an intriguing pattern with Eris & Nessus - planetoids that
bring forth suppressed truths with great brutality. This new moon sets the stage for such denouements to occur
down the road a bit, so take this opportunity to be truthful now. Here are some probing questions to help
you direct this energy towards healing & wholeness:
Who gets my goat these days? How are these people revealing aspects of myself that I
either have not accepted, or have not yet allowed to surface? How can I bring forth these aspects of
myself in an evolved & conscious way?
What are the poisons I am consuming? Take an honest look at the poisonous
people, poisonous relationships, poisonous behaviors, poisonous beliefs in your
own mind, poisonous information, poisonous relationship with the internet/your
phone, as well as any physical poisons you consume. Acknowledge your own compliance in partaking of these
poisons, & shift that pattern.
Beware of finger pointing! Take responsibility for the problems in your life, & do
something about it. If you do not,
this pattern indicates the issues you are creating will ferociously bight you
in the ass later. It’ll be
interesting to see how this works out in politics & the global stage,
considering all the finger-pointing that occurs between various religious &
political groups. Since Virgo is
in close relationship to the Earth, we are certainly looking at the possibility
of some further environmental mayhem surfacing, due to the poisons our species
has been feeding our home planet.
Incidentally, Uranus rules earthquakes.
Mercury’s alignment with the new moon suggests the
importance of communicating from a place of wholeness. If you must criticize yourself or
anyone else, make sure you do so from a place of love, & with the intent of
empowering through necessary criticism.
Any criticism that nitpicks, belittles, blames, or cuts an aspect of a
person apart from their wholeness is particularly poisonous at this time.
Mercury continues to blaze an instructive trail in the
coming weeks, as he activates the on-going, tense Pluto/Uranus square into an
even more tense T-square mid-month.

relationship. With Pluto
stationing direct, Uranus & Pluto hitting another exact point in this
on-going square dance, & Mercury dosey-do-ing into the fray, it would be
wise to be truthful with yourself & others. There will be pay-backs for all lies told at this time. Mark these words: the truth will
surface. Pluto is the god of the
underworld, which gives him lordship over anything buried. If Pluto doesn’t like what’s been
stuffed down into his territory, he will eject it out into the open at this
convenience. My advice: beat him
to it, & dig up your buried truths yourself. Again, it will be interesting to see how this plays out on
the political & global stages.
To help you dig up your buried treasures:
Am I lying to anyone, including myself, now? Whom, & what about? How can I effectively communicate the
truth in a way that holds everyone involved accountable? How will telling the truth liberate me?
In particular, if you are in a position of authority,
remember to hold yourself accountable first & foremost. If you have to deal with people who
have authority over you, be very careful about what you say & how &
when you deliver your messages.
The temptation to abuse power continues to be stronger than usual
throughout 2012 and beyond. Take
note of how you have power over others, & how others have power over
you. If you rule from a place of
love, all will be well. No matter
how many times you read these power with accountability reminders in this blog,
it’s always a good idea to take a look at yourself, & make sure you haven’t
missed any cover-ups in your soul.
That should keep you busy until my report on the Autumnal
Equinox & the full moon in Libra, which happens to also be in a T-square
relationship with Uranus & Pluto.
Soon after that broo-ha-ha, Saturn will enter Scorpio.
